The idea is simple. We blog, track, offer advice, and encourage members to better our own fitness. The challenge is with yourself not with anyone else. We are not professional trainer, just average people trying to stay fit.

Since each person has their own goal and completion time-frame it allows everyone the freedom to work at their own pace. Your biggest competition is yourself and your commitment to finishing what you started.

Currently My Fitness Challenge is only available to a small group of friends who are trying to get their next fitness milestone, whatever that might be. Free free to comment on our progress and offer encouragement or advice. If you have interest in becoming a member start by commenting and encouraging those of us that are posing our progress. It is a great way to show your support. We all need it!
