Marathon Training: Week 4 Day 2

I forgot how important it is to wear the right shirt when running. The day after my first 6 miles in a long time my nipple are raw. Ouch!

The first week into my marathon training and things are going as expected. Yesterday’s 6 miles was a good test for me mentally. I walked maybe 30 yards of it.

I was tired for the most part but I finished in my range of 10 minute mile average. Legs are a little tight and my right calf is tweeked a little from an old injury. Nothing that will keep me from doing my 3 miles today.
