Welcome to My Fitness Challenge

In the summer of 2010 I set a goal to lose 20 pound before the new year.  From past experiences I knew that if I tried to reach my fitness goals on my own I had a good chance of not completing my them.  After posting my fitness goals to one of my social media sites I found that my friends had similar fitness goals and needed a little challenge and group encouragement to get them started and keep them motivated.
